Which associations or schools organise educational programmes and seminars for drafting projects?
Different associations and commercial companies organise seminars titled “Project Cycle Management and drafting projects”. Nevertheless, the official list of such associations does not exist. The Central State Administrative Office for public Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration as well as the Central Office for Development Strategy and Coordination of EU Funds (CODEF) organise such seminars for the purpose of fulfilling civil servants’ requirements. On the other hand, CODEF organises seminars for all interested in this matter in cooperation with other institutions such as the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Central Finance and Contracting Agency or Croatian Employers' Association. Different regional development agencies such as Istrian Development Agency, Varaždin County Development Agencies – AZRA and DAN organise consulting sessions and educational programmes for self-government units and other potential beneficiaries.
